Skin Tag, Milia and Wart Removal
Many of us suffer with minor skin blemishes that can affect our confidence. These issues are much more common than many people would think, due to a combination of factors including ageing, UV Damage and certain health conditions.
Electrolysis has been used for more than 100 years to treat problems such as broken capillaries, spider naevi and warts. It has progressed dramatically with the ongoing development of modern technology and is a simple and safe technique. Electrolysis is used to successfully remove, visibly reduce and improve the appearance of unwanted skin blemishes, offering immediate and effective results.
ACP treatments are safe and effective and offer instantaneous results in many cases.
For the successful treatment of:

Advanced Electrolysis is a treatment that uses a thermolysis current and a very fine needle to either cauterise or lift away the superficial epidermis, depending on the type of blemish that is being treated.
Your milia/Skin Tag removal consultation will be with a doctor who will assess your condition and determine the most appropriate form of treatment. During the consultation, the doctor will answer any questions you may have about milia removal and provide personalized advice. If they determine that your skin condition can be treated, they will be able to carry out the procedure in the clinic.
Milia Needle Extraction:
Once the skin with milia has been cleaned, a sterile needle is used to create a tiny incision, and the contents of the milia are carefully extracted.
Skin Tag/Warts ACP extraction:
First, an anesthetic cream is typically applied to the treatment area to minimize pain. The electrologist then uses a metal probe or needle to cauterize or cosmetically reduce vascular or abnormal growths. Generally, repeat treatments are not necessary once an abnormality has been treated. However, if you are prone to developing a particular skin condition, new growths may appear in the future, which can also be treated as needed.
A consultation is given before any advanced electrolysis treatment; this entails a short questionnaire about any health issues that may affect the treatment. We also diagnose the blemish and fully explain the treatment needed, how it will be done, the time it will take, and any aftercare required. This is so all our clients are fully informed about the procedure and feel comfortable and relaxed when they go ahead with the treatment.
Please consult your GP if you are unsure of any skin blemishes and growths. Certain medical conditions restrict treatment.
The treatment area is numbed with numbing cream prior to treatment for maximum comfort. A mild, warm stinging sensation may be felt, which is easily tolerable.
