Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy


That orders will be shipped by 2nd Class Royal Mail (untracked) on Monday and Thursday each week. If you require faster delivery or shipping to other countries, please contact us on to arrange this. We do not process orders on weekends, public holidays or outside regular working hours.

Delivery times listed are estimates only and we cannot be responsible for any courier delays. 


We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. Our return policy allows for returns on shipped products within 14 days of receipt, only if they are faulty or damaged during transit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 – 5 business days.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
